Ingredients,
Potatoes( boiled or baked) 1 Large
Boneless Chicken(boiled) 125g
Red chili grounded 1/4 tea spoon
Salt 1/8 tea spoon
Pomegranate seeds 1/12 tea spoon
Garam masal 1/8 tea spoon
Chat masala 1/12 tea spoon
Cumin seeds 1/12 tea spoon
Dried coriander 1/12 tea spoon
Eggs 2
Oil to fry 2 table spoon
Note..
Green chili, fresh coriander and mint leaves can also be added in recipe
Preparation
Ground coriander and cumin seeds
Mix all the ingredients (include just one egg) except oil
Now make small balls from this mixture(you can use wet hands ), flat those to give the shape of kabab
Heat the pan and add a tablespoon of oil
Lightly beat the remaining egg
Dip the mixture in egg and fry in the warm oil,turn side and cook till both sides are golden
The tasty kababs are ready
For a different taste after dipping into egg, coat them with semolina
Now fry those in warm oil
And you will have crispy, tasty kababs

Serve both kind of kababs with chatni
