Aata(knead 1and half cup wheat flour with 1 cup water and keep in cool place for at least 15 minutes)
Pure ghee or butter spread 5 table spoon
Sugar 2 table spoon
Make 2 balls of aata
Roll these in round shape
Put one tea spoon ghee and one tablespoon sugar on one layer
Cover it with other layer
Press the edges with finger
Now put it on warm pan with table spoon ghee on top
when it does,t stick with pan , turn the side carefully
When both sides are golden, it,s ready
For chori make a ball of aata and roll it a bit
Now out one teaspoon sugar in it and make it a ball again
Now roll it and put it on a warm pan with one table spoon ghee on top
When the lower side is cooked, turn it
When roti is cooked, put it in a plate
Turn off the heat and put one table spoon ghee on warm pan
Pour the melted ghee on top of prattha with one tablespoon sugar
Now knead it
Note..
It will be warm so you can use mittens but it has to be knead when it,s still warm
You can stop when it,s smooth
Make balls of chori and either serve warm or present later
