Ingredients
Mutton 1/2 kg
Onions 1 medium
Green chili 2
Garlic 4 pieces
Ginger 1/2 inch
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/4 teaspoon
yougurt 1/2 cup
oil 4 tablespoon
Coriander dried 1/16 tea spoon
Cumin seeds 1/16 teaspoon

Preperation
Heat oil in the pan and put the onions
Fry till those are light golden
Now add ginger, garlic paste in it and cook
Add salt,black pepper and mutton and cook till the mutton is tender

The other way is to put all these ingredients except oil along with mutton and 3 cups of water in pressure cooker and cook for 15 to 25 minutes
When the meat is tender add oil in it and cook till the oil leaves the pan}
Now add yougurt and cook till there is no whiteness of yougurt left in dish
Ground cumin seeds and dried coriander coarsley
Add along with green chillies and serve warm
