Aalo k Pratthay

Ingredients,
 Potatoes( boiled or baked)                   1 Large
Wheat flour                                           1/2 cup
Red chili grounded                                1/4 tea spoon
Salt                                                         1/8 tea spoon
Pomegranate seeds                                 1/12 tea spoon 
Garam masal                                           1/8 tea spoon
Cumin seeds                                           1/12 tea spoon
Dried coriander                                       1/12 tea spoon
Pure Ghee                                                2 table spoon
Water                                                        1/2 cup
Note..
Chat masala,green chillies, corriander and mint leaves being cut in small pieces can also be added in the recipe
Preperation

Mix water in wheat flour and coninue kneading the dough until it,s smooth, then set aside for 15 minutes.
Ground cumin and coriander seeds
Mix all the dry ingredients(including the optional one) in potatoes and mash either by foodprocessor or by hand (I did both for you)
Make two small balls of dough and roll those in round shape
Place a thin layer of mashed potatoes on one along with 1 teaspoon of pure ghee
Now place the other part on it
Press the edges with your finger to keep these close
Heat the pan and put it on the warm pan
Note..
The pan should be warm on medium heat as low or high heat affects the result
Place Ghee on upper part of paratha
Cook on medium heat till the lower side does not stick with pan when you try to move it
Now turn side and cook till it,s light golden
                                                                       The  other way to cook the paratha is that make a large ball from dough
   Roll it in round shape
Place the mash potatoes in that along with 1 teaspoon ghee

Now roll all the sides inside to form a ball
Press that ball flat and then roll that in round shape
Place that on a warm pan and put ghee on upper side
When the lower side leaves the pan with out sticking then turn the side and cook till it,s golden on both sides

Add some salt, black pepper and chat masala in yougurt,mix well and serve with hot Parathas
