Ingredients
Minced meat (beef is preferred) 1/2 kg
Onions(medium) 2
Tomato(medium) 2
Ginger (1/2) inch 1
Garlic 4
Green chili 2
Eggs 4
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/8 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/8 teaspoon
Oil 1/4 cup
Preparation
Boil 3 eggs in pan
Note...
Add salt in warm water while boiling eggs
Cut the onions,ginger,garlic and green chillies
Make a paste of ginger,garlic and green chili
Put half of the paste, onions, red chili,garam masala,salt and one egg in minced meat
Use food processor or mortar with pestle and grind well
Peel off the eggs
Cover the boiled eggs with meat
Cook till the oil leaves the pan and every thing merges in paste form
Now add the meat balls in paste
Cook for a few minutes and turn very carefully
Add 2 cups of water and cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes
Cook till the water is dry and oil leaves the pan
To make gravey, add 2 more cups of water and cook for 10 minutes

The other way is to put all the ingredients excluding oil in pressure cooker with one cup of water
Cook for 10 minutes
Now add oil
Cook till the oil leaves the pan and every thing merges in paste form
Now add the meat balls in paste
Cook for a few minutes and turn very carefully
Add 2 cups of water and cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes
Cook till the water is dry and oil leaves the pan
To make gravey, add 2 more cups of water and cook for 10 minutes
Serve warm
The delicious meatballs with eggs are ready to eat
