Easy chicken

Ingredients
Chicken                1/2 kg
Onions                  1 medium
Tomato                 2 medium
Ginger                   4 pieces
Garlic                     1/2 inch piece
Green chili              2
Salt                         1/4 tea spoon
Black pepper          1/2 tea spoon
Oil                          4 table spoon to cook + to fry onions    

Put the sliced onions in warm oil and cook till those are light golden

In the 4 table spoon oil in pan put the ginger,garlic and green chili paste and fry till the paste is light golden

Put the chicken in pan and add salt and then cook till the chicken is golden
When the onions are light golden, take those out of oil and put on napkin so the excessive oil is soaked in it
Ground the onions

Put the onion paste, tomato and black pepper in chicken and cover it
When the water is dry, cook it till the oil leaves the pan
Serve it warm with chapati and raita

easy samosay


Ingredients
Plain flour            1 cup                                 
Cumin seeds          1/2 tea spoon
Salt                        1/4 tea spoon
Milk(warm)           1/2 cup
Oil                          2 tablespoon
Filling
Red chili powder              1 teaspoon
Salt                                    1/2 tea spoon
Boiled chickpeas               1/2 cup
Boiled potato                      1 medium
Cheese                                2 tablespoon
Optional
I added red kidney beans,black eyed beans,black chick peas,boiled chicken too

Mix salt and cumin seeds to flour and knead
When every thing form a dough add oil in it and knead till it,s soft and smooth
Keep it on room temperature for at least 15 minutes

Put all the ingredients of filling in a bowl and mix well
Put some flour and roll the dough in round shape
Cut the circle in centre
Put the filling in
Wet the curve line with water
Lift from the straight line(made after cutting the circle) and put it on curved one covering the filling

Now dip your finger in water and wet the remaining half straight line
Lift it from corner and twist in the centre a bit and place on the edge of already folded layer
It will cover the  filling completely

Warm the oil in pan and deep fry the Samosas on medium heat
Keep the sides turning otherwise it will burn

Tasty cheesy samosas are ready to eat

Ingredients
Diced coconut                    2 teaspoon
Sugar                  2 teaspoon
Raisins               1 teaspoon
Dried apricots (cut in small pieces)             2

 Make a round layer and cut that in half
 Combine the ingredients and put half in each one
 Using the wet finger close the layer in triangle shape
 Deep fry these in warm oil
Keep turning the sides quickly
 Delicious sweet samosas are ready to eat

easy sandwich


Ingredients
Bread                     2 slices
Egg                         1
Cheese                     1 table spoon
Sweet chili sauce    1 table spoon
Mayoneese              1 table spoon
Oil                            1 table spoon
Preperation
Fry the egg
Spread sweet chili sauce on one slice and mayoneese on other
Put the egg on top of one slice

Put the cheese on top of egg
Put the slice on warm pan and press the sandwich
Cut it in desired shape and serve

Meetthi roti+ choori

Aata(knead 1and half  cup wheat flour with 1 cup water and keep in cool place for at least 15 minutes)
Pure ghee or butter spread              5 table spoon
Sugar                                               2 table spoon

Make 2 balls of aata
 Roll these in round shape
Put one tea spoon ghee and one tablespoon sugar on one layer

Cover it with other layer
Press the edges with finger
Now put it on warm pan with table spoon ghee on top

when it does,t stick with pan , turn the side carefully


When both sides are golden, it,s ready

For chori make a ball of aata and roll it a bit
Now out one teaspoon sugar in it and make it a ball again
Now roll it and put it on a warm pan with one table spoon ghee on top

When the lower side is cooked, turn it

When roti is cooked, put it in a plate

Turn off the heat and put one table spoon ghee on warm pan
Pour the melted ghee on top of prattha with one tablespoon sugar

Now knead it
Note..
It will be warm so you can use mittens but it has  to be knead when it,s still warm
You can stop when it,s smooth
Make balls of chori and either serve warm or present later

Dahi pakoray



Ingredients
Gram flour                1 cup
Yougurt                     2 cup
Potato                        1 large
Onions                       1 large
Garlic                        4 pieces
Green chili                1
Cumin seeds              1/4 tea spoon
Dried coriander          1/4 tea spoon
Red chili grounded     1 tea spoon
Salt                              2/3 tea spoon
Gram masala               1/8 tea spoon
Black pepper               1/8 tea spoon
Chat masala                 1/8 tea spoon
Water                            2 cups
Oil to fry

Preperation
Grind ginger, green chili, dried coriander and cumin seeds


Mix onions,potato, gram flour, red chilli,salt,garam masala and ginger paste with one and half cup of water to make a paste
Note...........
you can add little bit of baking soda  to make it soft
by adding an egg these become more tasty
Pour these in hot oil with a table spoon


Mix half cup water,some salt, chat masala and black pepper in yougurt
Turn the side when it,s golden

When both sides are golden and no paste sticks on edge when  a knife or fork is inserted in then the pakoras are cooked
Put these in a dish
Pour the yougurt paste on top
Or just put the pakoras in yougurt paste and serve
