Swiyan

Ingredients
Swiyan                       1/2 cup
Milk                             1 litre
Pure ghee                     1 table spoon
Powder milk                 4 table spoon
Sugar                            4  table spoon
Green cardamon           4
Raisin                            1 tea spoon
Preparation
 Warm ghee in pan and add swiyan and green cardamon seeds


Cook till swiyan becomes golden and crispy ( heat should be low)
Add milk and cook on medium heat

When milk is dry add milk powder, raisins and sugar

Keep stirring till every thing dissolves and it,s smooth
Serve it cold or warm
