Chicken with peas


Ingredients
Chicken                        1/2 kg
Peas                              1/2 kg
Onion                           1 medium
Ginger/Garlic paste      1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds                  1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder          1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder          1/4 tea spoon
Salt                                1/4 teaspoon
Milk                               1/4 cup
Oil                                 4 tablespoon
Preparation
Heat oil in pan and put onions in the pan
Cook till onions are golden,then add ginger/garlic paste
Add salt,red chili powder and turmeric powder and cook till oil leaves pan
Now add the chicken and later some water and cook till chicken is lightly golden

Now add milk in it and cover
Cook till the chicken is tender

When chicken is tender, cook till oil leaves the pan
Now add peas in it,cook for 5 minutes, then cover it till peas are well cooked

Now add cumin seeds and Cook till oil leaves the pan
To make gravy, add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes

Chicken with peas are ready to be served
