Coconut Balls

Ingredients
Dessicated coconut                       1 cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk                 1/2 cup
Almonds                                        2 dozens

Preparation
Mix  condensed milk and coconut excluding almonds and 1/6 cup of coconut


Knead till form a thick mixture you can add more coconut if it,s too sticky

With wet hands take some mixture, place one almond inside and make small balls
Now put these balls on the remaining coconut

Put these in fridge for minimum 4 hours and then serve

drumsticks

Ingredients
Drumsticks                 1 kg
White Vinegar            2 tablespoon
Salt                             1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder  1 teaspoon
Ginger/garlic paste      2 teaspoon
Oil                               to fry
Preperation
Make some cuts in leg pieces and marinate with all the ingredients except oil for minimum 1 hour
Steam the drumstcks for 40 minutes
Then deep fry these till these are golden and crisp
Serve warm

Bitter melon with mince

Ingredients
Bitter melon             1/2 kg
Beef minced             1/2 kg
Onions                      2 Large
Tomato                     1 medium
Ginger/garlic paste   1 teaspoon
Green chili                1
Salt                            1 table spoon
Red chili powder      1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder      1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder     1/4 teaspoon
Oil                             2 tablespoon+to fry
Preparation
Peel off bitter melon, remove the seeds and cut in small pieces

Put in a bowl with salt (excluding just 1 tea spoon to use later) ,
Mix the salt well on pieces
Leave it for one hour
Cut the onions, one should be in small cubes and the other should be in long,thin slices

Wash the bitter melon well to get rid off salt and let it dry

Put these in hot oil to fry
When bitter melon change the colour,add the thin sliced onions in pan
When the onions are soft, add green chilies
When every thing is soft then keep these in strainer to remove excessive oil

Now put 2 table spoon oil in another pan with remaining onions
When the onions are light golden,add red chili powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt in it and stir for 5 minutes
keep adding some drops of water to cook properly
Add mince and cook till the meat changes colour

Now add tomatoes and stir
When it,s dry a bit add 1 cup of water and cover for 10 minutes

When the water is dry, add the bitter melons in pan
Cook till oil leaves the pan
Serve it warm

easy tikkay

Ingrediants
Boneless Beef          1/2 kg
Garlic                         5 pcs
White Vinegar          2 tablespoon
Salt                           1 teaspoon
Red chili powder      1/2 teaapoon
Oil                             1 table spoon

Preperation
Cut beefin small pieces and add all the ingredients except oil in it and keep in fridge for whole night
Put the meat in pan and add 2 cups of water cover it and cook till meat is tender on slow heat
After the meat is tender, cook it on high heat till the water is dry
Then add oil in it and cook for 5 minutes
Serve it warm

Custard



Ingredients
Milk                        1 litre
Custard Powder       4 tablespoon
Sugar                        6 tablespoon
Butter                        2 tablespoon
Preparation
Boil the milk excluding just 1 cup
Mix sugar and custard powder in 1 cup cold milk

After the milk is boiled for 10 minutes, add the mixture of sugar and custard powder in it
Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes till it is smooth and thick,then add butter in it and stir for few minutes

Serve it cold

Chapli Kabab

Ingredients
Minced beef meat            1/2 kg
Onions                             1 medium
Tomato                            1 medium
Ginger/garlic paste          1 tablespoon
Coriander                         1/2 bunch
Mint leaves                      1/2 bunch
Green chili                      1
Dried coriander                1/4 teaspoon
Dried pomegranate seeds   1/4 teaspoon
Corn flour                         1 tablespoon
Eggs                                   2
Salt                                    1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder               1/2 teaspoon
Oil                                      1 table spoon

Cut onions, tomato,mint,coriander and green chili in small cubes
Coarsely ground coriander and pomegranate's seeds
Mix all the ingredients excluding oil in minced meat and keep it for 15 minutes

Make small kababs
Heat oil in pan and cook these till these are golden and serve warm with chatni

Chicken with peas


Ingredients
Chicken                        1/2 kg
Peas                              1/2 kg
Onion                           1 medium
Ginger/Garlic paste      1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds                  1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder          1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder          1/4 tea spoon
Salt                                1/4 teaspoon
Milk                               1/4 cup
Oil                                 4 tablespoon
Preparation
Heat oil in pan and put onions in the pan
Cook till onions are golden,then add ginger/garlic paste
Add salt,red chili powder and turmeric powder and cook till oil leaves pan
Now add the chicken and later some water and cook till chicken is lightly golden

Now add milk in it and cover
Cook till the chicken is tender

When chicken is tender, cook till oil leaves the pan
Now add peas in it,cook for 5 minutes, then cover it till peas are well cooked

Now add cumin seeds and Cook till oil leaves the pan
To make gravy, add 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes

Chicken with peas are ready to be served

Chicken with cauliflower


Ingredients
Chicken                        1/2 kg
Cauliflower(boiled)      1/2 kg
Ginger,garlic paste        1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds                  1/4 teaspoon
Salt                                 1/2 tea spoon
Green chili                      2
Tomato paste                 1/2 cup
Oil                                  1/4 cup
 Preparation
Heat oil in pan         Add ginger,garlic paste,cumin seeds and salt

When paste turns  golden add chicken and keep stirring
When the chicken is light golden add green chilies and stir
When chicken is golden add tomato paste and cover it on medium heat(you can add a little bit of water)

 When chicken is tender then cook it till oil leaves the pan
Add cauliflower and keep stirring
If you are using fresh one then after adding it when it becomes soft, add 1/4 cup of water and cover for 5 to 10 minutes.When the water is dry and cauliflower is cooked then stirr the spoon till oil leaves the pan
Delicious chicken with cauliflower is ready
